Mohd Anuar Daud is the Training and Programme Director and involved in the set-up and managing the company .Prior to the current role,he was the Northern Regional Manager with Telekom Publications Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Bhd. He holds over 10 years of experience in management & planning, supervision & control of sales operation in Northern Region.He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Zam Automasi Sdn Bhd. He started his career as bank executive with Public Bank Bhd in 1987. He holds a Diploma in Banking Studies from Universiti Teknologi Mara and obtained his Honours Degree in Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

In industry, Dr. Premkumar PhD (USM) has made significant contributions to the business community dating back to 1998. He has held various key managers positions with one of the largest MNC in Penang. His most recent industry position is SCM Strategic Manager, where he is responsible to design and implement strategies for the supply chain initiatives. Previous responsibility areas were in Logistics operations, inventory management, manufacturing integration and quality. Dr. Premkumar's educational background includes PhD from University Science Malaysia with concentration in Supply chain management. Currently he is pursuing a research on building flexibility in Supply Chain. Additionally, he has contributed numerous research papers for international conference and recently one of his research was accepted in the World Emerald library. He was also the plenary speaker for international Forums in logistics and Supply Chain management. He has conducted Supply Chain seminars and training at San Jose US, Shanghai, Vietnam, Amsterdam, Bali, India, Swindon and was instrumental for the development of MBA specializing on SCM at UUM, a collaborative work between industry and public university.

Ms. S.Sharmila is a Corporate Marketing Manager and has more than 10 years working experience in sales & marketing in advertising and education areas. She graduates from AIMS with Diploma in Management. Prior to this, she has served as a Marketing Manager in one of the leading university college for several years. She also has a broad experience in sales & advertising in the country leading media.
